Home safety repairs to improve living conditions for low-income and vulnerable individuals. Our service aims to address safety hazards and essential maintenance needs to create safer home environments. Important Information: EVE Outreach and Consulting, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, offers programs made possible through donations, grants, and community support. Service availability depends on current funding levels. Applicants will be notified if placed on a waitlist and contacted when assistance becomes available. You may qualify if: You live in New Bern or Craven County, and You meet our income guidelines (Tier 1–3)
